Live Event Painting - Further Information

Before your event, I will contact you to go over the specific details of what/who you would like to include - this could be family members, significant details or even your pets! On your wedding day, I will aim to arrive approximately 2 hours before guests to set up and start planning the composition. As the day unfolds, your painting will turn from a blank canvas into a painting of your venue with you and your guests included. I also welcome guests to speak to me and watch the process as I work.

For any weddings/events based in South Wales, all travel and accommodation expenses will be included in the cost. However, I am more than willing to travel to your venue - both across the UK and abroad! Depending upon exact locations I will have to factor in an extra fee to cover travel and accommodation (if possible staying at your venue or a nearby hotel!) An estimated quote will be provided after specifying your venue location.

(Additional cost note: I currently do not have access to a car, therefore in the short term I will have to travel to venues via public transport)

You can choose any scene of your choice, for example the ceremony, exchange of rings, a couple portrait outside your venue, your first dance etc - it's completely up to you! I would love to talk to you in detail about what memory want captured.

On average, I aim to complete your painting within 6-8 hours. I will stay at your event until it is complete, and you will get the take your painting home with you at the end of the night. If for any reason I am unable to finish for you on the day, I will complete your canvas back in my studio before posting it to you.

As I am relatively new to the wedding scene, if I am available for your chosen date I would be honored to be a part of your day - whether it be in a month or next year. Bookings are currently open for 2022/23 dates, however spaces are filling fast.

I charge £865 for a large 18x24" canvas, with me painting at your venue until it's finished. Paintings are completed in acrylic paint on a deep-framed canvas (around 1.2" thick).  I ask for a £200 deposit to secure your wedding date, and the remaining balance to be paid by 6 weeks before your wedding. Any additional costs (travel/accommodation) will be paid for upon booking.
